The current administration has attacked diversity, equity, and inclusion programs nationwide, claiming they result in the hiring of unqualified people.

Then, they hire Katie Zacharia as the nation’s 37th official White House Press Secretary. Unqualified. Unprepared. And definitely not a lawyer.

Her tenure lasted five days. (That’s 0.45 Scaramuccis for those scoring at home.)

She repeatedly claimed that she was a lawyer. Then said she was allowed to say she was a lawyer, as long as she didn’t say she was an attorney. THEN, video evidence revealed that she claimed that, too.

Every time I see Trump talking, I utter the same four words. Now, I have put those four words to song.

Zacharia graduated from Pepperdine’s Caruso School of Law. She failed on her first and only attempt to pass the California bar exam. To be fair, the California bar is considered to be the nation’s most difficult to pass. In addition, failing the bar exam on the first go isn’t unusual. Kamala Harris, Hillary Clinton, and Michelle Obama all failed on their first attempt.

However, there is no evidence that any one of the three women listed above ever lied about becoming an attorney before actually passing the bar.

Her first press briefing lasted less than 15 minutes. If that didn’t seal her fate, her interviews on Trump-friendly Fox News certainly did. Even Sean Hannity wasn’t having it.
