The mayor, panned on social media, was hit hard by Las Vegas’ own Jimmy Kimmel who suggested the mayor should resign before lunch. The buzz followed her bizarre, late Wednesday morning, appearance on CNN with Anderson Cooper. She passionately, and at times incoherently, demanded that casinos be re-opened.
Yes, she is 81 and all she really desires is to put Vegas back to work. How to get there? and as she pointed out, “It’s not her job.”
My Song of the Week clarifies that The Strip, Vegas’ most important bit, isn’t under Goodman’s control.
