More cruise ship maladies, yay! Reports are that 66 passengers and 17 crew members aboard the Crown Princess are coming ashore in San Diego with what’s believed to be the norovirus.
Norovirus is seriously contagious. It’ll give you nausea, vomiting and diarrhea, and is believed to have infected passengers on a number of cruise ships in recent months.
Remember the Carnival cruise ship named Triumph? Back in February, 2013 it lost engine power. Working toilets could not be found. Passengers created makeshift shelters on the decks using tarps. They had no cooked food. More than that, human waste seeped through the floors. So, I decided sing about two of my favorite things…cruises…and poop. Yes!
