Yeah, yeah, yeah, I realize that most Americans don’t understand that Cinco de Mayo is a celebration of the Battle of Puebla. The Mexicans kicked some French ass. But, that has been drowned out, you could say, by one more excuse for all of us to get fall down drunk. And on Cinco, the beverage of choice is tequila. For May 5th, my Song of the Week is dedicated to the distilled nectar of the agave plant.
