Goodbye Kardashians

No one, and I mean no one, is more upset than I. Upon hearing that after 14 years and 20 seasons, “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” was going off the air. I mean, come on, can 2020 get any worse?!?!?!

Now, that we’re done with the sarcasm part of the program, here’s my Song of the Week for Friday, September 11, 2020. With apologies to Elton John, Marilyn Monroe and Princess Diana too, I suppose. Here’s a parody of “Candle in the Wind” to say goodbye, properly, to Kim, Kourtney, Khloe, Kendall, Kylie & Kris. (Gawd, I hate the fact that I know all of their names.)

I can honestly say, I have never watched minute one of one season of KUWTK. I have always kept up to date with the goings on of the family. That, of course, was not by choice but by the fact that I was working in radio. So, if Khloe was giving advice on not to go in the ocean while on your period because of sharks. I knew about that. When Kendall talked about putting food in her butt. I believe, a pickle, is what she said might be fun. I was aware of it.

I imagine it was an entertaining show. Contrived, but entertaining. Put it this way, it did enough damage in the world that I felt I had to do a parody and a Song of the Week. So, here it is.
