Marshmello and Anne-Marie’s hit “Friends,” is, basically, about miscommunication, right? See, she thinks she’s made it clear to this dude that she is not interested in him romantically. He misunderstands and continues his pursuit.
In my version, it is also a bit of a miscommunication. Never break the unwritten rule that you never fall in love with a stripper…or her not-so-distant cousin, the hooker. When you do, it may end up costing you more than some cash.
